Iron Crusaders

 

The following players became “Iron Crusaders” by making it to the 100-point club in our off-season workout program.  We test 4 times a year in 5 areas:  bench max, squat max, vertical, pro-shuttle, and 40-yard dash.  There is a point system chart (attached below) that tells you how many points you get for each area.  You add up all your points and see if you get into the 100-point club and get the Iron Crusader t-shirt.  This off-season point chart was developed after the 2010 football season; so apologies to former players that had the old point system.
